The last session will be a hands-on practical session.

Fun and Practice with Machine Learning

 

The 4 two-hour sessions is an opportunity to delve into some machine learning techniques in a fun and engaging manner. The complexities of machine learning are simplified and taught using practical tools. The students will be exposed to real life problems and how they can be solved using AI. Most of the sessions involve programming and working in teams.

Data Analysis Simplified

 

This course is intended to give a comprehensive understanding of the world of data analysis using commonly used tools and techniques. In the 4 two-hour sessions the learners will practice data exploration using Python packages, learn how to handle a variety of datasets, and how to organise datasets in preparation for analysis.  

Upon successful completion each student will be given a certificate of participation.

Python is perhaps the most widely used programming language for data science. In 16 hours of practice the leaners obtain a very solid understanding of Python language in a practical environment. They will work on very interesting real life problems both individually and in small teams. This course is intended to provide a very focused experience on the fundamentals of data science using Python.

Upon successful completion each student will be given a certificate of participation.
